Jane Stephens

Resident Director

Jane has lived in The Village since 2009.

Jane has spent her career working in the pensions industry. Having worked for large corporate organisations for a number of years she now works for an organisation that deals with issues about workplace and personal pensions.

Sue Pozzoni
Resident Director

Sue has lived in The Village for 20 years and was a part of the original group of residents who established the VA. Over the years since Sue has supported the VA in the background until last year when she became an active helper to the VA and subsequently a director.

Danny Ellis
Resident Director

Danny moved back to The Village in 2016 having previously been a resident between 2001 and 2003.

Danny's professional background is in the IT industry, working with large corporate and government organizations. He currently serves as a senior leader in IT testing consultancy within the government sector.

Andy Buchan
Resident Director

Andy has lived in Caterham for over 30 years and here in The Village for ten years. He has worked with his neighbours to establish Neighbourhood Watch and is now the Chairman of Neighbourhood Watch for Tandridge District. He is also a member of Tandridge Access Group which aims to make life easier for people with disabilities.

Simon Nunn
Commercial Property Representative

Based in one of the small commercial buildings overlooking the Green, Simon is a Chartered Accountant with his own business.
